The hotel is fantastic, with enough old world swagger to make you want to pack your steamer trunk and hop aboard the next train for Zagreb. And the kitchen of Jeffrey Vella is modern and artistic, and will make you want to stay. Here's hoping he sees some well deserved stars very soon.
