Gault Millau is one of the most influential French restaurant guides and the 2009 edition is making my mouth water!!! if you are traveling through France any time soon and, like me, never miss a chance to eaet, you'll want to check this out. The guide has identified 22 ‘jeunes talents’ (young talents), which it defines as chefs under 32, as well as 6 "ones to watch" (one of whom is just down the street from my house in Ste Maxime!).
